About our appointment guidelines: We’ve put said guidelines in place to make sure everyone gets a fair chance at reserving their preferred time slots. These guidelines also serve to discourage guests who frequently cancel, no-show or provide inadequate notice to change their appointments. We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you respect our team’s time and talent. Please note: All our services are non-refundable; however, if something needs adjusting, we’ll do our best to refine it within 14 days of the time of your initial appointment.

It’s important to know that our service providers are commission-based and secure their compensation by completing services. These guidelines help respect their time, honor their talents, and support their livelihood.


If your appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours prior to the appointment date or you miss your appointment you may be charged 100% of the service price.  We understand that life happens, and it is our intent to be considerate of that, especially for our loyal guests.


While a credit card must be on file to guarantee your appointment time, various payment options are available; including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, NUOVO Gift Cards and Cash. Please note that Personal Checks and Travelers’ Checks are not accepted.
